Foams

All molds and foams are manufactured in our own workshops. The foams are made from polyurethane injection with a density of 40kg/m3, which is both strong and light. Some models are fitted with an inserted return bar or Velcro for easy fitting of the cover.

What density for a foam?

All our foams have a density of 40 kg per m3.

How is the foam made?

Foam is made from a mixture of isocyanate and polyol (PU) injected into an open mold that we close after injection so that the foam can expand properly.

What is the foam guarantee?

All Top Sellerie foams are guaranteed for 2 years under normal use.
